Our
support team is a fully integrated part of our client-facing business.
Its members get involved in almost everything except client work itself.
They arrange client events, support R&D projects, produce marketing
literature, tabulate psychometric exercises, help keep us in order and
much, much more.
We are a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and subscribe to the EMCC code of ethics (see www.emccouncil.org). The EMCC exists to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
