For global corporations in a variety of sectors, Lloyd has coached senior country and regional executives, executive teams, succession candidates, and high potentials.
He has worked with individual clients in Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and elsewhere in the Middle East region.
In addition to his graduate training as an executive coach, Lloyd’s education as a pastoral counselor has taught him the value of building purposeful relationships with clients based on trust and encouragement.
His approach to coaching integrates a rich variety of tools and techniques around a central emphasis on leadership development.
Lloyd’s multi-cultural and multi-sectoral perspective on leadership and coaching, has made him a sought-after speaker and facilitator for clients such as DHL, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and Turkcell.He coaches in conjunction with INSEAD’s executive education programs and has taught in the MBA program at Istanbul Bilgi University.
Before coming to the Middle East, Lloyd was the managing director of the Becoden Group, a technology consulting firm based in Washington D.C. His management and business development experience equip him to focus on differentiation and the value equation when coaching business leaders.
