Areas of Focus
Change: Work on several corporate culture change initiatives has made Feyzan an advocate of continual and dynamic change in the organization. She coaches clients in managing change effectively, creating an innovation-friendly environment, and the strategic change agenda.
Leadership Development: Developing and implementing talent and leadership programmes in different company cultures and disciplines and individually following up each talent/leader’s development as a mentor has given Feyzan a deep insight into the attitudes, skills and approaches that help leaders step up to the next level.
