Benhabib is an executive, and team coach, experienced in banking and technology sectors. She is currently giving coaching services to all level managers, entrepreneur managers and their teams. She is working on subjects like leadership development, awareness and growth, work / life balance, conflict management, decision making, communication competencies, people management, change management, time and stress management.

In addition, Benhabib does group coaching for teams and organizations. This work  which focus on the learning process as much as the content, guide the participants to observe their own process and to find their own creative solutions. She provides a supportive environment for the participants to integrate their learning and adapt it to their lives. Participants learn through experience, exercise and sharing.

Her career began in the planning department of Istanbul Fruehauf, a Koc Group company, and continued in the French bank Banque Indosuez as the Information Technology (IT) manager. She pursued her career in Euroturk Bank and Bank Kapital as IT manager. She worked for 8 years in ABN AMRO Bank as Management Information Systems (MIS) and IT manager. In these organizations, she has leaded quite a number of large scale and international projects covering all the banking operations. In 2006, Benhabib steered her career towards professional coaching.
